| 8 | Brenda Etheridge | Why the train has to blow it's whistle 10 times going through the crossing is silly. Especially at 2 in the morning! We need this, please take advantage of the Federal Funds available to help with this. |

| 18 | Deva Joy Gouss | "Quiet Zones" are essential and the people around Lenox Road who have paid a lot for their houses and a lot in taxes deserve to not be disturbed by trains! |

| 21 | Martin Hochberg | The horn is completely unnecessary, and significantly decreases property value, as well as the quality of life for those living in the surrounding area. |

| 23 | Brian Hampton | Love the train, hate the horn. Please make my home quiet. |
| 24 | Anonymous | It would be great for our neighborhood to reduce the train noise. |
| 25 | Lauren Rudick | Last night three trains crossed at Lenox Road in the space of 1/2 hour. Between 5 and 5:30 am. Just as I'm starting to fall asleep again, the horn blows. And it doesn't just blow once. It blows for 2-3 minutes. I wear earplugs and it still wakes me. This is ridiculous. Stop CSX NOW!! |

| 28 | Anonymous | The train by itself is quite loud enough to warn most people under most conditions and the gates at the crossing usually come down long before the horn sounds, making it a pointless wake-up call at three in the morning. |

| 31 | Pete Cornish | We live 3 blocks from this railroad crossing and the train horns often wake us up in the middle of the night. There is adequate warning to drivers from either direction of this railroad crossing; and there are also large crossing arms on both sides of the railroad track. |

| 40 | Anonymous | I am strongly in favor of a quiet zone for my neighborhood. It will greatly improve the quality of our neighborhood and the value of our property. Many thanks. |
| 41 | Paul Beatrice | I don't understand why there needs to be a horn since there is a working gate crossing (with bells etc). But many of the times, the train operators will LAY ON the horn for a LONG time, often way before or after the crossing. That is completely unwarranted, uncessary, and annoying - especially when they come in the middle of the night.
I would like this stoppped |
| 42 | gloria christiansen | please stop the horns, we can not enjoy our porch for the train horns. If i am having a problem sleeping the horns compounds the problem. |

| 44 | Anonymous | This would make such a difference to my family and the neighborhood. The horn sounds at all hours during the evening and will disturb the sleep of the entire family. |
| 45 | Thomas M Atwood | |
| 46 | Jason Leonardelli | The Quiet Zone will alliviate the stress of some sleepless nights that the loud train horn has caused our household. |
| 47 | Victoria Wendel | It is fate!!! As soon as I clicked on this site, the HORN stated up!! There are too many trains on Sunday night and Friday night. I cannot wait to have a quiet zone!!!
I also feel sorry for all the wildlife that must put up with this |

| 49 | Michael Dubois | This would be a HUGE step towards a better night of sleep and a more peaceful environment to live and work during the day! |
| 50 | Anonymous | I have been told by the RR that it's the law that the train horms must be sounded before approaching an crossing even if the crossing has flashing lights and arms that cross the street. It would be a real blessing not to hear the train horn thourghout the day and night. |
