As a resident of DeKalb County, Georgia, I support the efforts to establish a \"Quiet Corridor\" that covers five railroad crossings along the intown portion of the Seaboard line in DeKalb County. The Intown Seaboard line runs from Hulsey Intermodal Yard to I-285, and it includes at-grade crossings of Dekalb Ave., East Lake Rd., Coventry Rd., Montreal Rd., and Frazier Rd. as well as dozens of affected neighborhoods. The successful implementation of the \"Quiet Corridor\" along the Intown Seaboard line will greatly enhance the quality of life for area residents.
