Motorcycles for years have been aloud to have straight pipes with NO limit on noise. The noise is disruptive and should be set to a standard. Automobiles are required by law to meet a certain decibel limit (numbers vary by state) Motorcycles should also be required. This Petition is for requiring Motorcycles to have NO MORE than 95 decibels of sound. BMW makes quiet bikes, there's no excuse that the American and Japanese bikes can't do it either!
