We kindly request that Gables 1221 Management take all reasonable measures to address timely the noise created by the HVAC units located on the west side of the 1200 N Queen St building.

Throughout the day and night, the HVAC units make a loud and disturbing buzzing sound that lasts several seconds when the units start up. The noise level and frequency of the buzzing materially interfere with our quiet enjoyment of our leased premises. With this petition, we formally give notice of complaint and urge Management to provide remedy.
