Queer Community Media Inc (QCMI) has recently made a submission to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regarding the proposed future use of 100.5FM in the inner Sydney area. QCMI has suggested to ACMA that Sydney is in dire need of a dedicated Queer radio station, and that allocating 100.5FM to QCMI (a dedicated Queer media organisation) would be the most effective use of the frequency. Please sign the petition here online if you support our submission/application for a broadcasting licence to provide a full time Queer radio station in the inner Sydney area. Please also tell your friends! In order for us to be successful in our application, we require the full support of the Sydney Queer community - please view our website http://www.radioq.com.au for more details on how you can support our application!
