We understand that it is hard to reach out to all child care providers. But, the government provides funds for child care under the subdized grants we believe that all Child care Providers providing services to children form subdized programs should: 1. Licensed 2. Fingerprinted 3. pay for all their own expenses. Because those providers should be providing a nurturing and safe environment to those children.
