We have all bought homes in the Quail Ridge community. And feel that alot of the Home owner Association dues are not being put to good use. We have all been told that we have to have Vinyl Fencing and we all know that is costly. So we are setting up a petition for everyone to express there feelings about this issue. We would like to be able to get wood fencing and a cheaper cost and Promise to keep the fencing in good condition. We would like to let Pinnacle Management understand that it is not affect one or two people in the neighborhood it is affect all of use.
