Name: Robert Bitticks on Oct 30, 2006Comments: I LOVE Qimage, but I've recently switched to Mac. Sending files back to my Dell laptop for printing is doable but extremely bothersome. If there's a sufficient market for a Mac version, hopefully that will provide resources. Thanks.Flag

Name: Robert Johnson on Oct 30, 2006Comments: Qimage is the only reason I keep a old PC around anymore, porting this program to the Mac platform would be the last piece of the puzzle for me, I think it should have been developed on the Mac to start with, Mac has always been the preference for most professional photographers and printers!!Flag

Name: Dan Wells on Nov 1, 2006Comments: Even though you can run Windoze on a Mac, it is expensive for just one program (Parallels costs $70, plus $150 for Windoze itself). This puts Qimage for a Mac user (assuming they don't need Windoze for anything else) at a bit over $300...Flag

Name: Fons Rademakers on Nov 2, 2006Comments: It is absolutely amazing that there is nothing equivalent to QImage for the Mac. QImage is really outstanding and it would be a huge asset to have it natively on the Mac. I had to install Parallels, WinXP, printer sharing, etc. just to run QImage on the Mac, but life could be so much simpler and better with a native port.Flag

Name: Howard Bernstein on Nov 2, 2006Comments: Mike, I've been a longtime user of Qimage. But when I went to the Mac a few years ago nothing has come close. I'm now operating off of an intel based Mac, but even that isn't the solution. I'm running Parallels on my computer and, yes, I can utilize Windows. However, printer support is spotty at best. I've got a new HP Photosmart Pro B9180 printer but can't get it to work in the Windows environment via Parallels. Yes, I realize that the Mac segment is small as far as computer users are concerned. However, most graphic artists and professional photographers have long realized the benefits of the Mac OS. Qimage could own the printing marked on Mac systems. Additionally, if Qimage could work as a plug in with Aperture I believe your program would own the professional photographic printing business. It would certainly be a win-win for Mac OS users and DDI software. Please consider writing a Mac based program. Thanks for considering, Howard BernsteinFlag

Name: Joe Colson on Nov 2, 2006Comments: Mike, Qimage is simply the best printing app available. There is nothing similar for the Mac. I'm a long time Qimage user and hope that this is a petition that you will consider. Thanks for the best printing app on the Web.Flag

Name: Lloyd O'Daniel on Nov 6, 2006Comments: I've been a Qimage user for quite some time, and now have upgraded to Studio. I am seriously considering a switch back to Mac (1986-1992) because of the mess MS is creating with Vista. I really hate to give up Qimage! I would certainly pay for another license to have a native Mac version.Flag
