We the under-signed would urge our local councils to work harder with their teams of refuse and recycling collectors/supervisors to ensure that bins are replaced where they find them, not strewn in the street or in drive-ways, paths and gardens clearly indicating to any prospective burglars that we are not at home, and perhaps may not have been for days! It seems a simple step, ensuring that one public service, does not contribute towards the cost of another, ie the police/victim support services etc. Thank you
