Pete Rose also known as "Charlie Hustle" played major league baseball from 1963 to 1986. Rose also managed from 1984 to 1989. Rose is the all time hits leader with 4,256 career hits. A record previously held by Ty Cobb and one that many said would never be broken, that is till Pete Rose came along. The coveted title of "Hit King" that Rose owns is reason enough for his enshrinement into the Hall of Fame but Rose has many other records that only futher the case of HOF. Please help put this hard working,always give 110%, winning baseball player his rightful spot among baseballs greatest.
