please put a time limit on death row inmate's for we the people are tired of footing the bill for them no more food no more going to the DR.NO MORE GOING TO SCHOOL NO MORE GETTING THERE TEETH FIXED if you dont want to put a time limit on them then you take care of themthank you  TINA E
