| 3 | Anita Ellison | Having lived overseas for many years and having so happily returned to the town of my birth with my young family I am so pleased that there is finally someone that can see the light. The seafront is our own unique asset and should by no means be used as a disabled car park/mini motorway. maybe there is a lack of vision or distrust of change . Look at the photographs of Shore Road at the turn of the century - beautiful. Please would someont for once think of families. Try walking on the narrow pavements with a couple of toddlers with buckets and spades and tell me if it's right to have cars whistling 4 inches from their heads. Please pedestrianise and watch the local businesses prosper. |

| 14 | Paul Angel | Absolutely! It would make Swanage a safer and cleaner place to live and to visit. If drivers want to enjoy the view, they can get out and walk! |

| 19 | andrea carter | i cant believe it took the council this long to consider the closure of the seafront. impossible to walk with a pushchair without going on the rd!! safer much more user friendly at a time when we need to leave the car at home! |
