I am an individual living in Missouri which is a state infamously known to have more commercial puppy mills than any other state. The State Dept. of Agriculture has identified 1100 puppy mills that have been licensed in the state that require inspection. The apathy in this state regarding animal welfare is appalling. The information I am putting forth has been documented in articles from the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the Dept. of Agriculture web sites. The conditions are the same for Puppy Mills throughout the USA. It is my goal to bring attention to the abuses of Puppy MIll breeders and ending this disgraceful practice.
