Since ..... the abuses of power directed toward the ethical treatment of dogs held captive at Beebe's Animal Control, and the individuals who have dedicated their lives to protecting, aiding & increasing those dog's chances for a fair, reasonable and expanded chance at a happy existence, life and adoption, have been thwarted & sabotaged beyond belief, by City Officials including, but not limited to, the Mayor, the Treasurer, the Animal Control Officer, and the majority of City Council Members. Channel 7 news and a ever-expanding group of past City Animal Control employees, volunteers,rescues and individuals, feel it is time we unite to shine a flashlight on these transgressions against the dogs and people who Wang to help them. June 27th, City Council passed a "Ban against any future volunteers, rescues". July 15th Channel 7 news ran an expose' newscast exposing Beebe Animal Control for non-.compliance of Arkansas's Spay/Neuter laws, and now, Channel 7 has agreed to run future newscast exposing more in depth coverage of the plight od the dogs and the people who've been hurt emotionally and mentally in their struggles to help these innocent animals. This petition is to show SUPPORT for unearthing the truth about all City Official's shocking actions and occurrences. To encourage people with first hand stories to come forward and add to our momentum for change & reform within the highest political ranks of Beebe's administrators. To bring awareness to the community at large and Right the Wrongs which are occurred, as well as to SAVE DOGS' LIVES who currently are banned from receiving help outside of the very people who constantly vote and act out against them!
