The Petition
I believe that United States citizens should be allowed to waltz around completely naked and have sex in plain view of others.
Animals do it, and lets face it: humans are animals (especially Americans)
The sex must be mutual (no rape) and should be allowed to take place in any hole.
This should be an option, and it should not be forced upon anyone.
We live in the land of the free. Give me liberty or give me death!
