Public meetings do NOT belong to the Supervisor or Moderator of a meeting! ... Yet there are corrupt people who say otherwise at meetings while they behave as political bullies.

Public meetings belong to the PEOPLE - the CITIZENS!

When a Board meeting takes place, the purpose is to conduct business - including listening to the people!

The meetings are supposed to be open to the public. It is wrong for a Supervisor to arrogantly say "The meetings belong TO ME!" while violating the law!

And it is wrong for a Clerk to say "No matter what our Agenda Policies say, the meetings belong to the supervisor and the supervisor can do anything." ... This violates the law!
