Comments: In a free society the citizen has input. These hidden meetings and private sessions have to stop. Bring everything out into the open if there is nothing to hide. Stop limiting the public input. This is not a dictatorship, yet.

Comments: This Agenda 21-founded plan has no support from the general public and has to be re-focused on what the people want, not the bureaucrats and power-crazy politicians.

Comments: MTC-ABAG is destroying the Bay Area with its in fill planning. You are allowing heavy density projects under the concept that the residents will use public transportation. What public transportation? This is California, we drive. If I wanted to live in a high density city, I'd move to New York.

Comments: MTC & ABAG have no Right to dictate how local cities and counties plan and run their jurisdictions. It's those citizens' right, therefore back off and go away. We don't want or need your interference.

Comments: I have always had less than zero use for ABAG and the way in which an oligarchy of Oakland bureaucrats have one by one trashed the character of one community after another,,,in this case "Plan Bay Area" and the way it has been wholly deceptively and maliciously palmed off on the local counties is circumstantial evidence that the Plan is rank and maggot-ridden with violations of our property rights and other rights under the Constitution. This amounts to a federal felony under Title XVIII USC 241, 242 and would certainly be construed as such by any excuse for an honest jury.....if ABAG persists in LYING and otherwise misrepresenting its attempt to screw us out of our property rights, we'll have more "sessions" alright----in the federal district court in SF. Frankly I can't wait.

Comments: Public input session scheduled at 9:30 AM during workdays when most taxpayers can't make it because they are at work, they do this on purpose because they really don't want to hear from the public. This kind of practices only insult, anger and provoke a very tired public of scheming, unelected, ghost government individuals.
