PETITION TO STOP MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA and declare the use of demeaning signs, such as the "Psycho Parkway" metal road sign posted on the illegal fence constructed at 5597 Gunpowder Rd. White Marsh, Md, a crime. This fence was constructed in a deeded accesss right of way and allowed to be posted for months in order to intimidate harass and embarrass the person the poster of the sign was trying to block from using her own driveway to her home. This petition is to make it a crime to use mental health slurrs to intimidate a witness to or victim of a crime or zoning violation. To declare such signage to be detrimental to the community at large and especially to those with family members with mental health issues.
