    Comments: After 2 unsuccessful match attempts (and harassment by faculty in my graduate program) I chose to withdraw from my program and graduate with an doctorate in general psychology, with which I cannot be licensed in my state. I graduated in 2006 and have since been in the predicament of having too much clinical training to be an appropriate candidate for a respecialization program, and too little training to get licensed. Saying that there are lots (hundreds?) of "talented students who are falling through the cracks" does nothing to help us finish our education and start our careers.
