Issues: 1. Delivery date: Are we 100% sure about the delivery dates of Dec 08 and mar 09 If prestige says yes, then they need to give to all of us in writing about the same, else the clause of penalty should be imposed on them beyond these dates. 2. Payment Schedule: Repeated reminders from Prestige about pending payments. Most of us have told Prestige that we will not pay any more money until we see the progress of atleast 70+%. This is because we have paid more than 70% of the cost already to Prestige. 3. Choice of vendor: According to the agreement, wording is that the choice will more than one, it does not mention more than one kitchen, wardrobe or VENDOR. Why are we being forced to buy stuff from an organisation, whose business thrives on discount retailing. How can we expect to get BEST from a discount retailer 4. Choice of Interiors from Home town: (In case we need to stick to this vendor only) Why are we being given only 2-3 choice per apartment block for wardrobes, kitchen etc. On a lighter note, Probably Prestige firmly believes in â

Vikash Agarwal, India7 years ago Comments: I agree with the petition in its entirety...delivery delay, more than 80% payment collected by Prestige, Home Town for interiors is substandard, advance payment for interiors when the delivery date is uncertain. Based on the %complete of the project, Prestige should pay us cost of capital (bank interest rate) on the additional amount we have paid above the %complete.
