Pine Creek School is facing many serious challenges.

Legal counsel was retained by the Board of Trustees to assist them in solving these challenges and to Save Pine Creek School!

Counsel expressed surprise and concern at the number of non-resident students compared to in-district students - almost 3 to 1.

Pine Creek School was built as a small rural school, designed to meet the needs of its residents in District 19. Enrollment has doubled in the last 5 years - from 27 total students in 2007 to 54 anticipated this Fall.

The Board's legal duty and responsibility is to the residents of the Pine Creek School District.

Legal counsel urges the Board to close enrollment to non-resident students for the upcoming school year and to focus its attention and resources on its resident students.

The Board needs to "get their house in order" and save our school!

 We the Undersigned request that the Board of Trustees bring Pine Creek School back to the residents of District 19.
