They were then given over to my daughter's in laws who wanted the children from the moment of conception and who lied to cps in order to get them into their custody. We have had to hire a lawyer and now my daughter and son in law have to attend conciling sessions. The counselor of course is taking her lead from CPS. there is no reason for these children not to be at home with us. My prayers are with you and all are living what is a nightmare created by an agency that was desinged to help and protect children and families.Flag

If someone came into my home at night while I slept and woke me in their attempt to abduct my children ( I have been married to the same women for 36 yrs...three children...five grandchildren) they would not escape without grave consequences. Reading your story scares the hell out of me. I have long since known that Texas CPS is an out-of-control agency. Thus far, in my daughter's case, they have done nothing by the book nor in a timely manner. Basically, making up the rules as they go. Maybe this is my calling, to be an advocate for family rights. I will do everything in my power to see that the injustices caused by CPS are halted and reformed.Flag

The only time he had probation was for DWI. i investigate this accusation.showing not the confidental record brought up about the molestion. Try to accuse my husband medical neglect when their mom won't let them near their father.Flag
