Are you interested in improving the decision making and living conditions at Proximity?

Modern and convenient city apartment living is becoming the increasingly popular choice for living options for Sydney city workers, but with this comes a range of issues. Living in an apartment complex can be restricting due to strata management schemes and the bylaws imposed on owners and tenants. 

In most new apartment complexes, strata committees have come to understand the need for some changes to take place, which includes such things as better security, pet friendly accommodation options, up to date facilities, and owners and tenants having more of a say in what decisions are made about their complex. In our building Proximity, owners and tenants are simply not being given these options. Several years ago, the committee brought up the idea of considering a pet friendly environment, however, this did not eventuate into anything.  Many times the topic of lift security has been discussed, but still nothing has been done. If you would like the strata committee to make changes to accommodate for improved lift security, a better gym facility, pet friendly options, Foxtel for HD, and amendments to some of the existing by-laws for proximity, please voice your opinion by signing the petition and adding your comments. You can also send any comments or questions to: proximityliving@gmail.com.
