This is a petition for a change of law in Nevada for persons convicted of child molestation. The average sentence given to the child molesters is approximately seven years, with three of seven years typically being served. This behavior is highly repetitive. The average number of victims per offender is 117. Currently, after 15 yrs of compliant registration as a sex offender, the offender may petition in order to no longer register as a convicted sex offender. I am proposing a mandatory life imprisonment sentence for 1st time offenders! Please sign!!!
