A 4 year old boy was strangled with a skipping rope at school on 4th Nov 2011 by another 4 year old boy, luckily before he passed out and the irreversible happened the rope was removed by the boy. The on duty staff did not witness this event or the sequence of events before this. A student capable of strangling a 4 year old boy needs to be dealt with in the proper manner. We want the boy expelled from school or given a key worker from the council to be with him during school time and social servises to visit the home and asses the home environment. We do not agree that our nursery teachers in class should be by this childs side all the time, our nursery teachers are there to support and teach our children.
