My solicitor engin polat has alledgedly taken him to court, but now he is not answering my emails.I now hate turkey and all it stands for,keep them out of euro.    Comments: Your Country is corrupt, Your Country has robbed my parents of 200,000 GBP This will never end as long as you reinforce that this abuse of people buying property in Turkey.which has been normalised by the Government of Turkey . This will be taken to the European Union, The Turkish Consulate,and wherever else I can out this abuse.My parents worked all their lives saved,paid taxes and have had all their money stolen by legitamised crooks in Turkey.The Estate Agent is shady and the solicitor was working for them,making out she was working for my parents.The whole family is devastated as we watch our parents die with worry and our money will then go to Turkey we plan to take this all the way.

   Comments: Turkey needs to improve how it conducts its property sales, especially how you receive your Tapu. In the UK, you receive your Tapu at the same time the final stage payment is made. Lots of people having paid for their property never receive their Tapu this is an abuse of the buyer and needs to be urgently addressed.

    Comments: We have just had to hand over the keys to the property we bought outright in 2003 in Bitez. We had military clearance too. We learned the builder & landowner had sold our house to a Bodrum Businessman friend in 2006 when we threatened to go to court. Have been going through courts since Oct. 2007. Bodrum Court gave house to Friend but awarded us our money, Ankara Supreme court Have decreed we do not get house or money and have to pay all court fees. We are the totally innocent party in this case with nothing but the 5 people who set up this scam have had £160,000 out of us and 4 other couples. Why is the law not supporting the innocent - how many more times will this happen. It gives Turkey a bad image. More and more people are spreading the word. Our case was read out in UK Parliament last week alongside others. When will theTurkish government take responsiblity and clamp down on these thieves. We back the petion wholeheartedly.
