| 52 | Anonymous | DO not spoil this beautiful park with bricks & mortar,
once this rot has started by the LDA it will spread to other London parks. Parks are sacrosanct from developers ! ! ! |
| 53 | JAN HURLEY | The park is not only of historical interest but has a huge impact on the quality of life of local residents. |
| 54 | Fiona Byers | Much as I like to see new housing in the Crystal Palace area and these new dwellings would increase the population for our library Upper Norwood Joint Library, which is under threat of closure, I am totally opposed to building on green space such as Crystal Palace. There are plenty of derelict buildings & non-green areas nearby which are lying redundant and could do with re-development without the need to destroy our oxygen supply! |

| 56 | Mr L Weigelt | |
| 57 | Ms Bulgin | Please don't sell our public park for private use... this only benefits the minority at the expense of the majority... one only needs to look at the assault on our 'social housing' to see the dreadful outcome. Excessive homelessness due to Right to Buy! Not forward thinking at all! |

| 65 | Sabina Donnelly | I think the park should be maintained and kept as beautiful as it was when I was a child - it should not be a place for private houses to be built. |
| 66 | Eileen Penfold | |
| 67 | Dean Hanley | Better to leave the park undeveloped than sell off parts of it for residential development and fund changes that are unpopular with those who will be most affected by them. |

| 69 | caroline hooper | Our park is a place ikn which we can go and enjoy. If you start to build on it you won't stop.
Leave Crystal palace park alone. If you want to build go to regents park! |

| 72 | Anonymous | I do not think the LDA should use scarse public space for private houses. |
| 73 | John Gaughran | This is a public open space in a city and should not be sold off. |
| 74 | George Williams | We live a property that backs onto Crystal Palace park where the new town houses are proposed. I strongely object to any development in park as I feel it will ruin the charm and beauty of this wonderful open space. There must other sites in the area that are ripe for development? |

| 80 | Andrea Johnson | This is unbelievable and outrageous. You will not take one of our loveliest pieces of public land and build horrors on it. |
| 81 | Ruth Borthwick | The idea that housing can be built in Crystal Palace Park is outrageous. This is abuse of the stewardship of the park entrusted in us by generations past and which must be resisted steadfastly by our generation to preserve the Park for future citizens, and wildlife. No way, LDA! |

| 84 | Lisa and Anatoly Parkhomchuk | Crysyal palace is the only open space for the residents in the area to go and enjoy, CPP is extremely important to the residents and needs to be kept rural especially as land is in so much demand in the south east at present. The over crowding of development is swolling up the south east and overcrowding is becoming the result, so any green space is precious and valuable for all residentts. Why don't you ask LDA to sell off parts of Hyde park for development instead as there are a number of parks in central london and only one in the south east that is supposed to be Grade II I feel the money would be better spent regenerating the park. |

| 86 | Judith Niechcial | I am a member of West Beckenham Residents' Association. We are determined that no part of the park should be sold off. Improvements to the park must be funded from other sources than sale of public green space, which we should be preserving for future generations. |

| 89 | Shirley Ayres | Crystal Palace is an important "Green Lung" for South East London. I am appalled that with the increasing density of housing in the surrounding areas the proposal to build housing within the park is even being considered. It is more important than ever that our public open spaces are protected and maintained. |
| 90 | Kelly Preedy | I strongly oppose the proposition to build any houses on the land of Crystal Palace Park. This is pur park, it's for us, the people to enjoy, as well as being an important area for wildlife. Hands off our park! |
| 91 | David Lilley | I strongly oppose the proposition to build any houses on the land of Crystal Palace Park. This is our park, it's for us, the people to enjoy, as well as being an important area for wildlife. Hands off our park! |
| 92 | Catherine Roche | I live in Thakeham Close and very much enjoy Crystal Palace Park as it is. Plans for housing within the park are unbelievable and I strongly oppose |
| 93 | Bob Bailey | StronglyoOpposed to this development. London parks are what make this city special, especially this park. I don't believe the LDA should regard themselves as having a mandate to sell off our heritage. It isn't always about the bottom line |

| 96 | suzanne sykes | I would like to protest about the proposed housing being built on the park grounds. This is public property not to be sold off for profit! It is an intergral part of Crystal Palace and surrounding areas that often have no green space available to them. To take this away and put more pressure on the already crowded roads and services is a madness. |
| 97 | Gwyn Maysey | An area like Crystal Palace Park should not be sacrified on the great alter of capitalism - I strongly object to any of it being sold off to developers. |
| 98 | Anna Hazlehurst | As a local resident living opposite Crystal Palace Park, I was absolutely appauled to hear of this proposal. The park is such an assett to the local area and used by many people for so many different reasons. It would be a tragedy to partly destroy it by building on it. This area is cherished by old buildings and amazing architecture. It would be a shame to ruin this with new, modern buildings. Please take into consideration the thoughts of local residents who want to keep the park there for what it is meant to be there for...recreation and relaxation. |
| 99 | Anonymous | It is very depressing to realise our beautiful park may be ruined by housing. i fail to see why areas of the park need to be used for additional housing when there is plenty of supply to meet the demand in the surrounding area anyway. after all the hype surrounding imrpovement to the park this has been kept very quiet indeed. it is despicable |
| 100 | Lila | The building of houses and flats within the park will be detrimental to the park and its surrounding areas.
The park is not large at present and is an important space for residents in the area and those outside of it. |
