Name: Lorena Loubsky-Lonergan on Feb 27, 2009Comments: Black Mesa is Sovereign Dineh & Moqui land. The US has no jurisdiction there to legislate...PL 93-531 was a law pushed through by members of Congress who later benefited from the mining leases obtained through fradulent elections. The man who orchestrated the leases was paid a million in cash from Peabody Coal and another million from the US backed puppet tribal council. The mine should be shut down!!! BIA abuses should be stopped.Flag
