Name: Nick Rioux on May 12, 2003State: MACountry: USComments: Any of these proposed changes to the current MLS system that is in place today would adversly effect my Clients ability to have an equal access to all property listings that Realtors post to the MLS. These proposed changes 'smack' of protecting the listings of large & mega brokerage offices above all else (including their Seller Client's Best Interest). So, these brokerages can take the entire commission (Realtors call this the Double Dip) and not serve their Client's best interest to get the highest price and best terms for their Client because they will not be exposing their listed homes, condos, multi-families, etc. to the entire inventory of Consumers who might really want this property but loose out because these firms will happily sell their listings within their company to keep all the commissions... I ask, Is this fair to any consumer who is not one of the choosen few that are working with these firms but would or might gladly pay more than the Buyer who is working with said firm Pleae do not allow these changes to take place. Thank you, Nick Rioux, CRS, ABR... Broker Owner Best Choice Realty, Inc. The Buyer's Broker Cp., Inc.Flag
