Comments: Consumers havew the right to see all thre homes for sale on the market and sellers have the right to have their property exposed to the entire marketplace.

Comments: It is important to allow public access to listings. It increases competition and makes for a healthier real estate climate.

Comments: As a real estate appraiser and soon to be agent also, I find it absolutely amazing and shortsighted that there are some agents and brokers who do not want others to have access to a VOW's MLS. Last time I checked, the name of the game here is customer service, giving them your best, etc. to get their house sold, or finding a house for buyers. The client would without a doubt want marketing their houses as much as possible, to as many as possible. Too bad those opposed to VOW's showing MLS as much as possible, too bad they can't realize or accept that. Get with the times you sticks in the mud, this is the future of real estate, whether you like it or not. The best agents will find a way to adjust, the old schoolers won't.

Comments: It is past time for the real estate industry to do all in their power to be MORE consumer friendly. I strongly urge you to make MLS listings available to everyone online so that all citizens, whether they be Realtors, sellers, or buyers, can make the BEST decision for the largest single purchase a family will ever make, their home.

Comments: My husband and I purchased our house 12/02 and the service was a huge, invaluable help to both us and our buyers' broker. It saved us a lot of otherwise wasted time to be able to get information on the houses quickly. That's how we found our house! We were the first folks to see it when it went on the market and we made an offer the very night we saw it. Please don't take this option away from us or our agents.
