DannyMitreCAUSLimiting the comsumer to MLS listings would nit be in the best interest for the comsumer. If someone finds a realtor that they are confortable with access to the listngs helps the realtor to help the buyer/seller. they already have buyers/sellers that they are helping. This is just an extra tool for both sides, not to undermind anything. Period. Thanks!

JoanArnoldsonNHUSPlease allow the public to have access to the internet. Proposed changes are harmful to the consumer and do not put the REALTORS in a good light in the view of the public.

EdChwekunCAUSRestricting access to MLS data is moving in precisely the wrong direction. More access, not less, to better, more complete information will help both consumers and Realtors in the long run.

JohnBryanSCUSI believe this proposal is in direct violation of any lsiting agreement that one signs stating you will market their home on a mls board. It suggests that all real estate agents will have access to that listing. As an agent we represent the seller, not our own interests.

Theresa BryanSCUSWhy would anyone be against the greatest exposure one can have when selling a home. This proposed limitation sounds like dishonesty an the presentation of listing a home on the mls board. The client I am sure believes it will go out to all real estate agents, not just those who pay to belong to a certain group of real estate agents.
LorettaHerringALUSWithholding access to the listings would dissuade fair trade!!
Shirley Decker-LuckeMAUSThese proposed changes are clearly designed to take money out of the pockets of home buyers and home sellers and put it in the pockets of real estate brokers. It is outrageous that these changes are even being considered for approval! Vote no!!!

ReginaMurphyMIUSI used this service to relocate from Illinois to Michigan. This service allowed me to get a better understanding of the real estate market in the new location. It also helped me to chose a real estate agent who was very familiar with the area that I was searching for a home.
