I have requested a formal meeting with the Dallas Parks Department to discuss the specific zoning protections currently in place for the Blackland prairie. My focus remains on verifying the environmental impact studies they have referenced in recent briefings.

Too many lives to be affected......so .....why should we give it all up for a parking garage ??? Too many memories.....
My husband and I got married here, so this place is very special and dear to my heart. I want our daughter to see it when she is older and maybe even get married there someday herself. It would break my heart to see it turned into a parking garage.
My kids love seeing the wildlife out there. Once its gone we cant get it back so please leave it alone.
White Rock is a gem for dallas stop destroying it with more concrete!!!! Leave the trees and grass alone.
I run around the lake every weekend and seeing that prairie is the best part of the trail. Dont pave over nature just for more cars.
Leave this historic site alone and butt out of our JOY!
I wish things would just stay the same as when I grew up here

This is where my partners daughter got married, it is very special. Please do not tear it down
