The purpose of this petition is to persuade Stockland -a land developer- to retain some of the North/South and East/West axis paths in the new Vale Development in Aveley WA. These limestone paths are currently surrounded by 25-50 metre tree zones on either side.They are on Lot no's 8012, 9082 and 9083 in the City of Swan Planning Dept .
If this petition is not successful the paths and the trees surrounding them, will be removed and a wonderful part of the scenic Swan Valley will be lost for all time
