Comments: If ZoomerMedia's application for mandatory distribution of VisionTV on basic pursuant to section 9(1)(h) of the Broadcasting Act is denied Canada will no longer be able to proclaim to the world that canadians believe in the value of multiculturalism and religious freedom. Those around the world who are yearning for religious freedom will have lost a powerful ally, voice and example in this arena.

Comments: Vision TV provides an important vehicle for expression of cultural values and morality of a significant demographic in Canadian society; those holding religious beliefs. Ease of access to these various messages should be fundamental and not inhibited by additional costs to current and potential viewers.

Comments: Vision is a positive viewing prescription to lift spirits, so very important in this day and age. my TV channel is mostly on Vision TV and i believe a lot of seniors would be adversely affected if they had to start paying for this channel.

Comments: I ask that vision tv would be part of the lineup as it has been for 23 years. I throughly enjoy watching the tv shows on this channel. Why change a perfectly great thing. I thought there was religious freedom in Canada???

Comments: Pornography is allowed on television but not 'religious' shows. The channel carries Muslim, Jewish, Catolic shows. How many more rights can be taken away before all will see we are not the free nation we believe ourselves to be.
