    Comments: Vision TV is a port wherein those who want to pursue studies and practices of their own faith, and find it difficult to do so via administrative functions outside of the home and community. They need to connect to this media to strengthen their need for teachings and practices. It is their religion to watch T V to do so and to give to these programs as a way to participate in fullfilling the need to give outside the home and community. Most of those who watch are ambulatory or disabled in vision and sight.
