We the undersigned, believe that the Constitution gives us certain inalienable rights, which cannot be banned or restricted. We believe the Founding Fathers meant the Second Amendment is the inalienable right to protect ourselves, our Freedoms, and all the other rights given to us in the Constitution. We believe there are powers within the Leadership and Government of the United States of America that seek to strip us of our Constitutional Rights. We believe that "Terrorism", "Self-Protection", and "Freedom" is the issue, not "Gun Control".

That being said, we invoke the following statement:

-I WILL support the candidate(s) and party that support this concept. However, I will NOT support the Party. Nominee or candidate(s) that do not support this concept stated here.

-I WILL support background checks for anyone buying any firearm.

-I WILL support a reasonable waiting period for purchase of any firearm.

-I WILL support giving Law Enforcement better and more efficient tools, and more leeway to investigate Terrorism, including electronic data surveillance, fixing and proper use of “Terror Watch” and “No Fly” list’s, and mental illness.

-I will NOT support any ban or restriction of any non-NFA 1968 firearm or weapon, of any kind (even if it ‘looks scary’), the sale, purchase and ownership by a law-abiding U.S. citizen for sporting and self-defense.

-I will NOT support any ban or restriction of any non-NFA 1968 ammunition, of any kind, the sale, purchase and ownership by a law-abiding U.S. citizen for sporting and self-defense.

-I will NOT support any ban or restriction of any ammunition magazines, of any kind, the sale, purchase and ownership by a law-abiding U.S. citizen for sporting and self-defense.

-I will NOT support any kind of firearm registration or database (sans the current 4473) on the sale, purchase and possession of any kind of non-NFA 1968 firearm or weapon by a law-abiding U.S. Citizen.

In signing of this petition, we voice our concern, and make our stand on this issue, to be presented to the Leadership and Lawmakers of this United States of America.
