Our health service is being taken apart my management imcompatance ,the people at garss roots , support workers/nurses/ doctors the very people who make mine , yours and your families surive /support us thru the most serious part our lives that we to have to go through .They stand by us thru thick or thin never questioning always supporting never judging always there ...... our world has changed in the last few years for many reasons mainly through no fault of our own ,yet they stand firm and honest and are always there . Our economy is struggling and we all have to make sacrifices yet there is nothing more importnant than life . Your local NHS trust has to make savings but to take it from those that give us so much must not happen . So please THINK REMEMBER WHAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WERE GIVEN ... YOU WERE GIVEN THAT CHANCE ... so now its your chance to say thankyou ....help them say NO to pay cuts because one day that CHANCE MAY NOT BE THERE ...........
