The checkout areas in the Food Lion grocery stores, along with many other stores, contains sexually explicit reading material, such as Cosmopolitan. In large font these magazines consistently feature headlines about Sex and dress the front covers with poorly clothed women in sexually provocative positions. This material is stationed at the eye level of an average 5 year old child. It is impossible for parents to visit the store with their children and purchase anything without viewing pictures of exposed women. The Food lion grocery stores need to move these adult materials to a location avoidable by patrons and their children.
