We the people of the State of Colorado want parental rights of convicted Child Abusers and Sexual Assualters terminated upon conviction.  Statiscs show that there are many repeat offenders going back to abusing the children and resulting in death.  Terminating parental rights would prevent the child from being placed back into the hands of the abuser and giving full custody to the parent that protected the child.
