Name: John Allen on Jan 14, 2013Comments: I fish Lake Tawankani several times a year and would love to see a slot or restriction on all Texas Lakes for Blue Cats. My personal best of 58 pounds was caught and released on Lake Tawakani and the picture is on my Phone and on my desk at work for anyone to see and the fish is available to reproduce more monster blues and fight another day. Hopefully he will be released again if he is caught and someday be a lake record. I will also say we catch plenty of fish under 10 pounds that are great to eat!Flag

Name: Tommy Blanscett on Jan 14, 2013Comments: for the last 10 years ive personally fished and part time guided on tawakoni . and never have harvisted a fish over 15 lbs. ive boated hundreds of trophy fish. but the last three years the lake has went from the best blue cat lake in texas. to "nothing speacial" as one of my cliants called it. makes me sad to see the greed and ignorance of the anglers ,trot liners, jug liners, and illeagle comercial fishermen that kill all of these awesome resoreses PLEASE HELP!! make them stop harvisting these trophy fish!Flag

Name: Larry Akers on Jan 14, 2013Comments: I fish Lake Tawokoni quiet a bit in the winter and have caught several 40 - 60+ lb fish out of there, I do not keep the fish, I do fish tournaments on the lake and we do practice to only catch photo and release after weigh in, I would like to see some restrictions to prevent people from taking the big fish home to eat, if you fish enough you can catch more small ones than you and your neighbors can eat. Thanks, Larry AkersFlag

Name: Justin Dillard on Jan 14, 2013Comments: With it being very easy to catch a boat load of 2-4 pound bluecat, why keep anything over 20 pounds? With a limit of 2-4 pound blues why would you need to keep a fish over say 20 pounds. Lets release any fish 20 pounds and under so we can keep catching big ens for many more years. The smaller fish are easier to clean and even taste better. Lets see a slot go into effect. I would like to see a slot put on every water body in the state!Flag

Name: Anthony Floyd on Jan 14, 2013Comments: I agree the slot should enforced seen to many people keep 30 to 50 lb fish. Even seen some guides keep these fish. And when you see fish dead on a trot line it just breaks my spirit and when jug lines are coming up all over lake with no one around they should be in constant contact and sight of these jugs I believe. Thanks TPWL for trying to save these fishFlag
