On July 8, 2015 a Hamilton County 15 ton dump truck traveling northeast in Symmes Township on Loveland Madeira Road ended up on the patio of Corner Coffee Café within feet of the front entrance containing a full lunch crowd of 30-40 people.
Seeing this kind of momentum feels completely surreal to me. It is truly your passion for the cafe that has turned this into something the community can no longer ignore.

Corner Coffee Cafe is a warm & wonderful place to eat. I can't believe guardrails and flashing lights weren't installed after their first accident 2 yrs. ago. Is the county waiting for a serious injury or maybe even death to happen before it takes action?

If that truck had been loaded, the building would have been destroyed and there would have been numerous deaths and more serious injuries. This is almost across the street from a school, too. There should be guardrails and flashing lights that say Dangerous Intersection.

It's hard to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and food when you're
thinking about your safety!
Please lower the speed limit so this
Unique Cafe can operate without fear of a vehicle running into it...again and again and again!!

This is a very dangerous stretch of road. I was almost rear ended only a couple of weeks before this accident at Corner Coffee Cafe. A truck was speeding around that same corner and almost slammed into me while I was waiting to turn left. It's so dangerous!

This has happened more than once. The township is setting itself up for a lawsuit if people are hurt or killed when this has been brought to their attention.

I dine here once a week. Love this establishment and the owners Rick & Joni Lawson. However, the traffic is a bit scary. Lower the speed limit and put up much needed guard rails to protect the customers from a disaster....

This could have been a tragedy. Guard rails an absolute necessity.

This is a disaster waiting to happen. How fortunate the people inside were spared this time. Will they be next time?
