    Comments: The US government and Legacy Health Care System committed crimes against humanity against me and my children between 1988 and 1995. I refused to give the US government money for nuclear weapons. I am a whistleblower on the US government makng a big deal about other countries nuclear weapons while waging nuclear war against all the peoples and nations of North America. I worked in a hospital in Portland Oregon, down river from Hanford, Washington. That is where the plutonium for the Nagasaki nuclear bomb was manufactured. This facility also polutted the Nortwest with radiation. Air, land, and water pathways of exposure have been established. This violates the US constitution and a bunch of treaties that the World Court used in it's court decision onJuly 8, 1996 to say the threat or use of nuclear weapons would be outside of the customary humanitarian law. I was the nurse with enough legal, medical, and environmental to know what I was seeing at the bedside. I went to the Nevada Test Site land of the Western Shoshone. People cxame from around the world to tell their stories of exposure to radiation, living with nuclear weapons, seeing their family members sick uanble to cope with the bills, a government without a national healthcare system inplace and refusing to be held accountable. I was the nurse there when the AIDS epidemic started to invade our hospitals in the early 1980's. Their blood work complete blood count, differential looked very similar both AIDS and radiation victims I told my nursing supervisors and they attacked me. I told the hospital these acts of resistance were Nuremburg Action under international law. I have won cases against this hospital in court for trespassing . I went into the hospital administration office with a letter to talk to the president about my stolen pay and my job back. Brownshirted security guards jumped me, applied painholds and arrested me. The hospital sent it's best dressed,best looking,.best paid liers and lost in a jury trial. Now I pursue the players that broke the US constitution and international law. I REFUSE TO HELP ANY GOVERNMENT MAKE NUCLEAR WEAPONS, BECAUSE THERE ARE CRIMES NO COLOR FLAG CAN COVERUP. I STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE WESTERN SHOSHONE NATION IN RESISTANCE TO NUCLEAR GENOCIDE, NUCLEAR OMNICIDE. I asked my local District Attorney to prosecute the case and I have the case ready with all the evidence ingredients I need. The DA said it is a civil case. This is the same DA that criminally prosecuted me with an all day jury trial for walking into a corporate office with a letter. Yo I have been a trauma, ER , burn, surgical. There are no plans to protect the american people in the event of a nuclear war. There are no Intravenous supplies stockpiled near the cities. They do not care about anybody. the economy has been looted and just where will the US get the money to clean up it's nuclear facilities every day Americans are exposed tp radiation. Lawsuits are breaking out against the US government around these facilities downwinders, workers are now in federal court in Spokane Washington. There are about 3000 cases at last count. I guess I should start a petition to get the DA to file my case. I have gone by the hospital with my sign"Good Sam"s Legacy Crimes Against Humanity" If you want to support me in my struggle let me know, If youwant me to come and speak about the US's nuclear weapons, health effects, my story I will.
