Case No. Z-12-11 Proposed change of zoning district classification from the R-1 Single-Family Residential District to the MH-1 Manufactured Home Park District in Harper, Kansas. Applicants: Gary & Jeanette Misak Agent: Melissa Reynolds General Location: West of Maple Street on 8th Street, Harper, KS 67058. Property directly North of the Harper city pool. Please make your plans to attend this meeting and hopefully voice your opinion AGAINST the proposed location of this mobile home park. Its my opinion that this location is too close to the city park and pool where our children play. Also existing home and property values will be negatively affected.
