WE call for a Constitutional Convention to add an amendment! It would read: 28th Amendment Corporations are not people. They have none of the Constitutional rights of human beings. Corporations are not allowed to give money to any politician, directly or indirectly. No politician can raise over $XXX.00 from any person or entity. All elections must be publicly financed. The penalties (yet to be determined by WE the People) would be similar to any felony level crime up to charges of treason. The 28th amendment would return the government to us Citizens and here is how: Politicians (no longer able to take funds from outside entities) have no other course of action BUT to do the will of the people, politicians would no longer side with those with financial advantages over others, government corruption will drop if not be gone, and in a matter of a few months improvements will be evident. In one year the economy improves because money and fundings are reaching their true destination intact and complete. Hence, as it was planned for a solution, those who recieve will improve and those that improve can more readily function with accountability. This 28th amendment is a solution made BY the People and FOR the People of the United States of America; in order to form a more perfect Union.
