My name is Roxanna Choe. I am a Princeton resident and owner of Stryker, a very loving golden retriever. Princeton's Board of Recreation will be holding its regular meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:30 pm. in the Recreation Community Room. During the Public Comment portion of the meeting, it is my intention to suggest to the Board that it consider a proposal to create an off-leash dog park in Princeton where residents and their dogs can socialize with other dog owners and their pets. I believe that my suggestion will get more traction if it is supported by a petition (albeit online), "signed" by other Princeton residents, who agree that the Board should consider a proposal to create an off-leash dog park in Princeton. If the Board is amendable to consider such a proposal, it is my intention to then do the "leg work" so to speak and then prepare a more formal proposal for its consideration.
