This is in regards to the illegal eviction of the property owners of the 271 Kirk Avenue estate in Syracuse,New York.Our belongings were thrown everywhere the house was in extreme disarray not to mention stolen goods from the house are still yet to be found.Not to mention failure to even have the decency to notify us before illegally breaking in and entering the property. Not only have we been humiliated we have had our privacy violated our belongings thrashed. My request is that all of our belongings returned to us and to be reimbursed for the damages done to our belongings.I am requesting to schedule a hearing at 401 Montgomery Street. with the Honorable Judge Ava Raphael in regards to the illegal unlawful acts done ordered by Public Administrator Alicia S.Gionnani.
