To the City of Providence, We the undersigned owners of businesses on Wickenden Street in Providence urge you to permit the Providence HONK! (PRONK!) Festival to conduct its annual street parade down Wickenden Street from the India Point Park footbridge to South Water Street, starting at 5:30 pm on October 8, 2012. The parade will last 45 minutes from start to finish and will bring a flourish of activity to our neighborhood on Columbus Day. The PRONK! Festival is a joyous, meaningful celebration of music and dance that connects people from all over the world. We are proud to host PRONK! on Fox Point in Providence.
