For this role, we believe from the current staff that BoM is the ideal candidate for this position. He has shown time and time again that while he has an upfront and sometimes blunt attitude about community dealings, it has been shown to be the attitude this community and higher up staff needs to get things done. He has a plethora of experience dealing with servers as well as other facets of the community at large. In addition, his education in marketing gives a very large potential for extra knowledge input into the higher dealings of the community. On top of this, he is one of the most active and outspoken members of our staff and community as a whole and would be a great role model at the top of the chain.
