PROJECT YOUTH FOUNDATION INT., in order to help the NATIONAL CONGRESS OF INDIANS, requests your support in this petition. We would like your support in the creation of a NATIONAL NATIVE AMERICAN DAY. The proposed day would likely be sometime in November during Native American Heritage Month as proclaimed by President George W. Bush on November 1, 2002.
