Jennifer Ollerman | I agree that there is not enough financial aid for adults only high school kids. I have been researching schools and looking for help and have yet to find any. I have two adult children and am raising my three year old granddaughter, it is not easy and life itself is very expensive. There needs to be more help for working Moms that want to better themselves or change their line of work, my job is very stressful and I would like to get out management but you have to have a degree to make any kind of money but there is no help..

sharon hulse | I think that with a full load to carry already we older students should be eligable for financial help as much as everyone else.
Anonymous | I am a part time working mother of 2. My husband is a full time nurse. I am able to recieve financial aid from FAFSA but I require additional financial aid through scholarships and grants. I am finding it very difficule to find scholarships that I am eligible for. I have been currently accepted into the Physical Therapy Assistant program. If there were more funds available you would definitely see more returning students

Anonymous | I believe that there should be more monies made available for working parents who would like to go to school. I am a single parent and in order to obtain my degrees I had to ask for loans. That can get really expensive especially with a single parent who is taking care of all expenses for children.

Miosotis Diaz | i agree a 100% money for adults who want to pursue a higher education should be made more available to us!

Anonymous | I feel that money should be available for any form of degree or certificate a person is going for. Money is only available through financial aid for degree programs. With the cost of classes and the economy it is hard for a person to take classes because of that reason. Especially, for certificate programs, if a person has to pay everything out of pocket themselves.

Anonymous | I agree a financial assistance should be provided to all working mom and would highly encourage them to go back to school
Patricia E. Boots | It seems like being a single mother in this highly technical fast paced society is somewhat of put down. There are times when the struggle is overwhelming. My three boys now reaching manhood turned out impressive but I am still struggling. I want to have better opportunities, I want a better car and better all around lifestyle. I am not afraid to work hard and study hard but I also need a break, a helping hand.
